The Type E fixed temperature heat detector Model 1000 is a stainless steel thermal probe detector suited to severe environment conditions encountered in marine, chemical, mining and transport industries.

Suitable for special applications such as freezers, kitchen range hoods, corrosive and other hazardous areas.

This heat detector is machined from a single piece of corrosion resistant 316 stainless steel, and can be ordered in a range of temperatures from as low as 60°C to 240°C (± 5%).

The suggested temperature is +20°C above the localised expected ambient temperature.
