A Type E fixed temperature heat detector is suited for special applications such as freezers, kitchen range hoods, corrosive and other hazardous areas.
This heat detector is machined from a single piece of corrosion resistant 316 stainless steel, and can be ordered in a range of temperatures from as low as 60°C to 240°C (± 5%).
The suggested temperature is +20°C above the localised expected ambient temperature.
